1.Tympanoplasty (Eardrum Repair)

1)Transcanal tympanoplasty

2)Endoscopic tympanoplasty

which give the advantage of scarless surgery with high end endoscopes along with less blood loss and with fast postop recovery as compared to traditional technique of postaural incision.

2.Mastoidectomy

This procedure is carried out to remove infected air cells within the mastoid bone behind the ear. Mastoidectomy is commonly performed when there are chronic middle ear infections or when infections extend to the mastoid bone, potentially leading to complications. The surgeon removes infected tissue to eliminate the source of infection,preserving hearing where possible.In our hospital we are doing both CWU and CWD mastoidectomy on regular basis along with Canal wall reconstruction and better shape meatoplasty for giving best results to every patient with least or no post op complications thus improving the quality of life of our patients.

It is very simple and effective with microdebrider technique which gives excellent results in chronic rhinosinusitis.

1.Coblation Tonsillectomy

Tonsillectomy is the surgical removal of the tonsils and is most commonly performed in children suffering from chronic tonsillitis or sleep apnea. This procedure helps alleviate recurrent throat infections, difficulty swallowing, or obstructed breathing. Tonsillectomy is often considered when non-surgical treatments fail.Tonsillectomy can be performed with conventional cold steel technique but in our hospital we use advanced technique by using coblator.Coblation combines low-temperature radio frequency energy with saline to create a plasma field. This plasma field is contained at the tip of the device and dissolves tissues molecule by molecule, resulting in a precise dissection of targeted tissue. The process generates significantly lower temperatures on the contact tissue, therefore minimizing damage to the surrounding healthy tissue.As compare to traditional method coblation technique is more safe, precise, with less intraoperative bleeding and time and less postoperative complication.

2.Adenoidectomy

An adenoidectomy involves the removal of the adenoids, lymphatic tissue located behind the nasal cavity. This surgery is often performed in children who suffer from frequent ear infections, chronic nasal obstruction, or breathing difficulties during sleep.Adenoidectomy can improve overall respiratory function and reduce the frequency of upper respiratory infections.The surgery can be performed with traditional method using curettage but in Aanjaney hospital we use latest techniques like coblator and microdebrider for adenoidectomy which is more safe,precise and with less intra and postop complications

3.Laryngectomy with Provox Insertion

Laryngectomy is the surgical removal of the larynx (voice box) and is typically recommended for patients diagnosed with advanced laryngeal cancer. This surgery can have a profound impact on a patient’s ability to speak, so post-operative care involves the rehabilitation of speech using alternative methods, such as a voice prosthesis or esophageal speech.In Aanjaney hospital we use advanced equipment and technique for precision surgery. After surgery there is aphonia (absence of voice) so we have facility for postop rehabilitation with Provox which provide good post op voice which improve quality of life of post laryngectomy patients.

4.Microlaryngeal surgery

Voice disorders such as change in voice, improper pitch, etc. usually occur at the vocal cord level. Any vocal cord lesions such as polyps, nodules, cysts, sulci, mass may cause a change in voice. Some of these conditions require surgery for correction. Voice surgery is known by name microlaryngeal surgery which requires extreme precision.In our hospital we perform voice surgery using Coblator and lasers which is most advanced and high end technique which is present in some high end hospital in whole rajasthan and ours is the one centre providing the same with high end patient care.

1.Thyroidectomy

Thyroidectomy involves the removal of all or part of the thyroid gland, often performed for thyroid cancer, goiter, or hyperthyroidism. 2.Neck Dissection

In cases of head and neck cancers, neck dissection is necessary to remove lymph nodes that may be affected by the spread of cancer.
